WHY ‘SATTVA’?
Sattva is a Sanskrit word that embodies balance, clarity, and inner harmony. It represents a state of being where wisdom, joy, peace, and compassion flow freely. Rooted in ancient philosophy, Sattva speaks to the qualities we often lose sight of during midlife, yet deeply long to return to.
It is the energy of calm in chaos, the light in uncertainty, and the strength that comes from stillness.
