A SANCTUARY FOR SOUTH ASIAN WOMEN NAVIGATING MIDLIFE & MENOPAUSE
The Sattva Collective CIC is the UK’s first community-led initiative dedicated to supporting South Asian women through midlife and menopause.
Founded by Kiran Singh, a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, Midlife Lifestyle & Menopause Wellness Coach, and author, and co-directed by her daughter, Khushi Kaur, The Sattva Collective exists because South Asian women have been navigating this season of life in silence for too long.
This is the space built to change that.
Here, you’ll find honest conversations, culturally grounded resources, a growing community of women who understand, and a space where you don’t have to explain your background, minimise your experience, or pretend you’re fine.
WHAT WE OFFER
- The Sattva Women’s Circle: monthly in-person gatherings for South Asian women in midlife. No performance required, just an honest company and a room that understands.
- The Blog: over 50 original articles, cultural essays, health guides, and interviews covering everything from perimenopause and mental health, to identity, relationships, finances, and faith.
- The Annual Summit: Thrive Through Midlife & Menopause returns in March 2027 at The Centenary Hall, Bedford. A full day designed entirely for South Asian women.
- The Directory: a growing, curated resource of culturally aware practitioners and support organisations.
- The Substack: monthly essays and reflections delivered directly to your inbox.
WHY ‘SATTVA’?
Sattva (सत्त्व) is a Sanskrit word that denotes purity, clarity, and balanced energy, a state of being in which wisdom, peace, and inner harmony flow freely.
It is the quiet centre that remains available even in the complexity of midlife. The calm that exists beneath the noise of changing bodies, shifting identities, and the accumulated weight of years spent putting everyone else first.
At The Sattva Collective, sattva is not just a name. It is a reminder. That midlife is not a decline. It is an invitation to return to yourself, to live with more intention, and to move through this season with support, clarity, and community.
SUPPORT THE WORK
The Sattva Collective is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company. Everything we create: the content, the gatherings, the directory, the summit, is sustained by the generosity of people who believe South Asian women deserve better than silence.
If that’s you, we’d love your support.

LANGUAGE SUPPORT: We know that English isn’t everyone’s first language, and that important information can get lost when words don’t quite land. We’ve added a translation option covering key South Asian languages so you can read this site in the language that feels most natural to you. The translations are automatic and won’t be perfect, but we hope they make it easier for you or the women you love to find the support they deserve.
STAY CONNECTED
Each month, we share honest reflections, culturally grounded resources, and real voices from South Asian women navigating midlife, delivered to your inbox with care.
